is toyota really offering a $4000 rebate on the seq? I saw it advertised in a magazine but wondered what the catch was.

Yes - they are.

$4,000 on SR5's.
I think it's $3,000 on the Limited Model.

These rebates are for the 2006 model year only.

I had to take advantage of the rebate on the SR5. We picked up our new Sequoia yesterday.

I just bought mine 06 LIM and get the rebate. It is a factory to consumer one.

It's different in each region. $4000 in gulf states, $3000 in the western southern states. Don't know about the north. I'm pickin up a very well optioned 2006 SR5 4x4 for $34K +TTL on Sat.
