If you are referring to the same model code (example: GRN250L-PRADKA), then no. The last 6 letters just indicate other options. From left to right, Cab type, body type, Gear shift type, Grade, Engine spec, & Destination.
In this case, P=doublecab, R=Standard Deck (body type), A=5 speed automatic, D=DLX (grade), K=DOHC & SFI, A=USA & Canada (destination).
I don't think the actual VIN number indicates how many were made either.
