Re: Longo Toyota Service Department
I work for a Toyota dealership (one that is corporate owned, but small and pretty quaint when it comes to dealing and taking care of their customers). I can tell you that your best bet with a complaint of this nature is to certainly deal with Toyota. Toyota will go above and beyond (in my experiences) at not only getting your issues resolved but in dealing with the service department in the future. Like was said in this thread, once they complete the work at Longo, be sure to take it to another dealership and have them look it over. If things aren't up to spec, make certain to get Toyota involved. Toyota takes great pride in it's customer satisfaction all around. When our customer's are finished in the sales or service department, we always emphasize that if they can't give us "excellent" all around on the survey they may receive to come back to us so we cna resolve any issues. Surveys impact people's pay plans...You definately need to address this issue with Toyota.
