kawamom is on a distinguished road.
Question Prius Road Noise and XM radio

I purchased a 2008 Prius and picked it up a couple days ago. I have the touring edition with the nav package. I noticed that it has a lot of road and wind noise - how can I cut down on that?
Also, when the package I got said that it has XM satellite capability - does that mean I have to go to a radio installation place and have it installed. The service guys at my delership didn't seem to know anything about satellite radio installation. I'm an XM subscriber and it was aftermarket installed on my other car. I just don't want a lot of wires and the little reciever box hanging around the passenger compartment.
I bought the Prius for the gas savings but the thing I noticed what the Hybrids of all companies seem to be lacking nicities. Are we all supposed to be cheapos? Sorry - venting.
