Default removing smart key system from wrecked prius

so im wondering if the smart key system from a 05 or so prius is removable. I want to modify the ignition and smart key system and im wondering what all needs to be taken out to have everything, do i need to get another battery to power this?

The idea of doing this is a novel one.
BUT, yu will need the whole service manual to tell yu exactly what components are shared and what needs to be removed.

Good luck
