2001 Prius Dash Lights

My dash lights are almost all out now so it's time to replace them. According to my dealer, this is costly mainly due to the labor. I could do this myself with some information.

Is there any manual on replacing dash lights? How do I remove those small, round plastic clips? Any suggestions from anyone?
