Smile 2008 Prius

Does anyone know of any information on the 2008?
What changes (improvements) will there be?

I am not sure, but I did read that Toyota is planning on spinning-off Prius into its own brand starting in 2009. The report said that after the 2011 model year, Toyota hybrids will no longer be sold under the Toyota nameplate, but instead under the Prius brand. The Prius line will reportedly be available in three different models which have been internally dubbed Prius A, Prius B and Prius C, ranging from Yaris to Camry in size. The Prius A will be introduced in 2009, "B" will be introduced in 2010 and the "C" will launched in 2011.

The 2008 basic model won't have cruise control and heated mirror. The rest of it is the same. I read from Motor Trend New Car Buyer's Guide.

2008s are available now. The only difference is there is a new blue color and 1 more package available.

If you live in Norcal. I will hook up any TS member with some great pricing

The 2008 will have no major changes. It is pretty much the same shell.
