FAQ: Post big pictures, not thumbnails

I'm sorry if this is been answered, but could not find it. Do you have to use photobucket to post big pictures? I messed with photobucket, but couldn't get it to work. Or is it something else I'm missing.

There are a couple ways to do that.

#1, using your TS photo album [the most recommended way]:
How-To: Upload Photos to Your Photo Gallery
-this method keeps all of your pictures in one place for easy access.
--it is also very simple to insert pics into your posts.

#2, using the thumbnails that you uploaded here:
-upload the pictures as thumbnails.
--submit your post or thread with items attached.
---below your post, click on your uploaded thumbnail, pdf, etc.
----click it again so that a new window pops open (you just need to see a URL for the picture with the filename extension, such as .jpg)
-----copy the picture URL with filename extension.
------click EDIT your post.
-------insert the image URL, should look like this:
[IMG]http: //www.tundrasolutions.com/forums/attachments/questions-and-comments/39018d1234104576-posting-big-pictures-not-thumbnails-img_1993.jpg[/IMG]

It'll look like this if properly inserted:

you're basically reposting the picture from the thumbnail as its normal size back into the original post.

so the thumb is still there.
