Roadside Assistance - gone?

Hi Folks,

My wife and I came out to the Kwajalein Missile Defense Test Site 8 weeks ago to support an interesting shot. She went back early and found our '07 RAV4 with a dead battery. I told her to just get the Roadside Assistance phone number out of the warranty booklet and give them a call for help. She cannot find that service in the booklet and I cannot find it on the web. Did I dream this, would have sworn we had it on our Tundra and Avalon. Did it just stop being included? Any info appreciated.
