Default p0171 2000 Rav, List of possibilities? Help with more info?

I have a 2000 Rav with 75000 miles:

My check engine light has been on since early September - I sent an engine cleaner through it, had my injectors replaced in July 06, but on and off it will idle low (most notably if if when I get gas I would leave the car on but not running and try to start it) and once a month of so it has actually started and then shut off like this post (RAV4World - :: View topic - car dies after i start it) I have also been getting pretty crummy gas mileage (like barely hitting 200 on a full tank of gas)

The codes that came up from advance auto parts are P0171 (the one that was originally coming up in September) with the message "O2 sensor, system too lean, bank 1" and P1130/33/35 "AF sensor circuit range, heat malfunction and response malfunction all for bank 1" - now unfortunately I have such little money that I'm going to start with the cheapest/most probable and work up... (my inspection is due this month :/ )

From reading these boards I have the following list of possible solutions for P0171:

1) Idle Air Control Valve (clean with carb cleaner re: this post (RAV4World - :: View topic - Illustrated Idle Air Control (IAC) Cleaning Instructions)

2) vacuum leak?

3) Throttle body cleaned?

4) Air Fuel Ratio Monitor

5) O2 Monitor

Also can the MAP sensor be cleaned like a MAF sensor can be? It seems when other cars have this code, they clean (very carefully) the wires of the MAF sensor and it improves things greatly....

In which order should I try these going from most probable to least (even is most probable is most expensive) and which might help with improving gas mileage overall?

Also can individuals with knowledge about these processes elaborate on steps, things that would make it easier (tools, methods, diagrams, instructions - I have a haynes manual!) - i'm going to compile a list of solutions and get a friend who knows a little bit more about cars who will help me out.

Please throw all the information you can at me, anything is appreciated right now because I want to take a length road trip in mid-december and I want my car to be able to make it.

Thanks so much everyone.
