Having been in this situation last summer, not much. For 15k dollars (US, not canadian) you're stuck with the last (not current, -05) generation, which isn't bad but is significantly smaller inside. Instead I bought an 04 highlander I4, which is about the same size as the current generation Rav 4 (plus 1 inch and 200 lbs). If you're comfortable in the last gen, it's a buyers market for you and you will easily find what you need... 4wd and auto and possibly a few manuals.
