Maintenance Light

Maintenance light came on around 4000 miles and had the oil changed the following week since I already had the appointment. The light went off after the oil change and tire rotation, but came back on the following week and has been on since. Has anyone else experienced this? I thought maybe there was a reset or something that had to be done after the oil change or maintenance, but the light was off for awhile after I had the maintenance done. Before I return to where I had the oil changed (a reputable place where I bring my Tundra also - not the dealer) was curious as to whether this is common with the 2007 or if anyone else has had the same thing happen.

odd that it was off for a period of time.
should tell you how to reset it in the manual and to
answer your question, i have never seen the system
fail on any toyota. my wife figured out how to do
her camry if that tells you anything. yspert
