Question Can anyone help? 2007 Rav4

Hi guys - would greatly appreciate knowing if I can turnoff the seatbelt buzzer - driving me crazy. Have read the manual with no help. There are rare occasions when I don't use the belt and don't want to listen to the noise. Got my Rav in November and I'm crazy about it. It is perfect for me.

Really the only options are 1) remove the buzzer (which involves taking the dash apart, 2) having the dealer disable it (unlikely for them to agree due to liability/legal issues), 3) deal with it for the 30 seconds or so, 4) put belt on.

I agree it is kind of annoying, because when I go across a parking lot of something, I can easily go over 12 mph.

not sure about where it is located but probably a small black relay looking thing stashed behind something , why not just put seatbelt on before you turn key on? My 93 PU can be found under center console in the dash near floor and is easy to unplug! But i allways fasten up before key action!
2007 Rav 4 seatbelt warning search button works sometimes?
even google works sometimes?

Check with your dealer. They can reprogram it. Whether they will or how much they will charge is a different story.
