P2238 on 2004 Rav4S

VSC OFF, TRAC OFF, Check Engine Light on. I've got these lights happening in my Rav4. I hooked up the OBD2 scanner, P2238 O2 Bank 1 Sensor 1 Positive Current Circuit Low. Checked out the repair manual for this code. The repair manual claims the lights will cycle on/off every 2 ignition start-ups until repaired.

O2 sensors are a 3y/36k warranty thing, so I'm passed that already... oh well.

Anyone else have this code before?

I found a TSB for this. ALL 2004 model year RAV4 vehicles.
EG036-04. M.I.L. "ON" DTC P0031 AND/OR P2238.

The A/F sensor manufacturing process and the Engine Control Module (ECM/PCM) logic have been modified to improve these conditions.

This repair is covered under the Toyota Specified Major Emission Control Component Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 96 months or 80,000 miles.

Picking up the RAV4 from the Toyota dealership this afternoon. New O2 sensors and a reprogrammed ECU. No charge.
