Default Torque Steer - FWD vs AWD

Is the torque steer less pronounced on the AWD version? My wife is thinking about buying an 08 Rav4 v6 Limited AWD, but could only find a FWD to test drive..... and she hated the torque steer. Before she jumps ship and chooses a different vehicle, is there any chance that the AWD has less torgue steer?

Unless your towing something VERY HEAVY you dont want or NEED the v6 - way overkill. The 2.4 L 2AZ-FE is a great engine. If you want a V6 vehicle step up the the Highlander.

By the way - I feel no torque steer in my 4WD 05 Rav 4 but its a different chassis altogether. And in a stoplight-stoplite drag I killed a Caddy Escalade with one passenger on full afterburner. He gave me the thumbs up at the light - better than the middle finger I suppose
