Question RAV4 Interior Water Leaks

I just bought a used 2007 Toyota RAV4 and apparently didn't check close enough before purchasing to notice the water leaks in the back below the flat cargo area. The "carpet" or padding has begun to smell like mold and is constantly wet. After looking at other forums people seemed to have similar problems but nothing exactly like mine. Also they only gave generic answers and descriptions. I'm hoping here that others here might have similar problems and better solutions. As far as i can tell (from other posts) the problem stems from water runoff from the moon roof, somehow some tube (which i havent been able to find) has become clogged and is causing water leaks in in the cargo area. I know there are variations where the front passenger area gets flooded with water as well. Has anyone seen this? Does anyone know the "plumbing system" for removing water from the moon-roof area? Any easy solutions to cleaning these drains?
