I just purchased a base 2009 Rav4...no fogs. Anyone know if there are any significant differences for the 2009? I'd like to install the fogs with the factory OEM

Most toyota products have all the wiring in the main harness. If you look you should find the fuse, and the wiring under the hood
for the fog lamps and there should be a plug for the switch in the dash. At least this has been my experience.
