Default Removing cross bars from roof rack
Does anyone know if the cross bars can be removed from the roof rack?

The plastic nuts for adjustment will unscrew but the bar still seems to be trapped.

Any suggestions?

Here ya go...the end cap just snaps on, you can lift it with a flat blade screwdriver.
