"On Board Programming" For Door Locks?

Hi Toyota Fans,
I have a 2006 RAV 4 that I want the door locks to automatically lock when the car is put into gear (a/t). I know there's a way to do this by sequences of turning the key on and off, and stepping on the brake a certain number of times, but I can't find any info on how to program this anywhere. Anyone who has had a car with a transponder in the key head knows there are tricks to program the new key to the car by sequences of brake stepping and key turning. That's the best way to get these special keys from professional locksmiths and not have to pay the high dealer costs for such duplicate keys. My old Camry had the info in the owner's manual, but not this new RAV. Please help if you know!

It can't be done, there are a couple threads on it at R4W, many have tried different sequences that work in other vehicles, it's just not an available choice on '06 Rav4. It's also not an option in the dealer programmable options or customize parameters as it's called in the service manual when they use their diag tester.

Any change we/I can get the procedures to change the ones that are listed?

I want to change (or turn off) the function that turns on the interior lights when the key is turned off (ACC actually).

The only programmable change an owner can make is the with the RS3200 security system and none of those are for rolling door locks, all of the custom parameters must be done by the dealer with their scan tool.
