tempernmentan speed'o'

Hi my names Summo and Im new.

I have a Rav4 1994 manual box. (Jap Import)

Can anyone help me please,
i have a very tempernmentan speed'o' one moment it will be working than it stops then it works again.
when it is working you are doing say 40MPH in 4th change to 5th and the speed'o' drops more than it should do the goes up again.
the dealer thought it was the speed sensor which i have changed ( what a bu**er to change).
but the problem is still there

I then got another set of clocks and that didn't do anthing ether.

so what am i left with... wiring........
