How to remove the carpets in my '06 RAV4?

Howdy all,

I want to install some sound proofing in my RAV, but I need to remove the carpets first (or at least lift them up). I've been searching the Net looking for books, etc. that explain about the interior trim, carpets, etc. but can't find anything. I've looked, but I don't see an easy way to remove the trim so I can lift the carpet. Anyone have a solution? A source for a manual on interior trim removal and replacement?
