Default Bras or Deflecters, pros and cons?

I am wondering what is the better route to go, either a bra or a deflector? thoughts or practical experiences welcomed!

Thanks!

The best of all is 3M Paint Protection Film.

Just Google the above term and find the list of certified installers. Installation is tricky and requires an experienced installer.

The product is almost totally invisible and protects the paint extremely well.
