RAV4 O2 Sensor

I'm getting a P0141 diagnostic code which equates to the O2 Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2). I have purchased the replacement sensor (OEM) and want to install this myself. Looking at the front of the engine, there appears to be 4 sensors connected to a manifold looking piece coming off the header. Where exactly is this O2 Sensor (P/N# 86465-42090) located on my 2001 RAV4 --- is it one of the top 2 or one of the bottom 2 sensors standing in front of the vehicle looking at the engine?

My guess is it's the bottom one on the Drivers side. Before I attempt this (it's bitter cold right now where I live), I'd like to be sure I'm going after the right one!

Same code I got last month, fixed it by replacing O2 sensor (bank 1 sensor 2). Looking at my Chilton manual, I think you have the right position for yours.....roy
