Default ABS code 13, any ideas?
I have an '04 Rav4 and the ABS light is on intermittently (it might stay on for a few days then go off for a little while and come on again later). The code is 13: open pump motor relay circuit. I have tested the relays and they work.

Has anyone else had this problem, if so what was the solution?
