Default Throttle Issues....

So I know there are people that have complained about throttle hesitation and I have experienced this. But today I was on a slight incline at a red light. When the light turned green I accelerated as normal and experienced a jerking or throttle on/off feeling for about 4 seconds. This was the worst I have felt it. Is there a fix from Toyota yet? They need to fix their firmware bug.
