Default xB vs xD

Hello all, I have a few questions about the Scion. I never considered the vehicle until I test drove an xB today and was generally pleased. I tried a Highlander, then moved down to the RAV4, then I was really surprised when I got in the Scion and it felt like it had much more room than the RAV. At 6'3" the xB has plenty of shoulder and head room......anyone have any thoughts about someone this tall fitting in an xD? I didn't think of even trying one out when I was at the dealer, I figured I would have to have the taller headroom of the xB. Secondly, on the upgraded stereo system vs. nav system, are they mutually exclusive, can I get a nav system with good stereo also? Lastly, what kind of gas mileage are you all getting? Thanks.
