Scion xA class 1 hitch receiver

I need a receiver to bolt onto an xA, and it appears there is nothing available. Don't reply that I should have bought a prius or xB. A custom fabrication will be needed, and it will support 1 drawtite bike rack with one bike (50 lbs). I'm in Los Angeles.
