Default front and rear bumpers

Are the front and rear bumpers hard to take off?

Here is what I found for the front...

Remove the 3 black plastic fasteners holding the grille - one on each end and one in the middle. Use a little screwdriver to pry out the center plug in these fastners - the outer part of the plug stays in the hole in the car. The grille then lifts out. Remove the 2 screws connecting the bumper to the front quarter panel, 1 is located behind the plastic in each wheel well. Crawl underneath and remove 6 screws connecting the bottom of the bumper to the plastic underbody panels. Remove the 2 10mm bolts attaching the bumper to the undercarriage.

Here's some shots I saved taken by someone else...

For the rear, I have this shot of the side and rear skirts removed but not the bumper...
