MP3 & Bass Tube Standard?

My 2005 Scion xA is about 2 days old. Does anyone else own a 2005? Does the standard model 2005 xA come with a mp3 jack to plug into or is it just mp3's on a cd capable? Does it usually come standard with a base tube or maybe a jack to plug a bass tube into? Sorry for so many ??, previous owner is unclear.

Don't have an xA but my bro and I own '05 xB's and they share the same radio as xA's. The single-disc radio definitely plays MP3's. Neither of our cars have auxiliary inputs.
As far as I know,the auxiliary input jack wasn't until 2006 (ugrade radio has ipod input/control).
Bazooka bass tubes are an option,you need a wiring harness that taps into the factory stereo wiring.

The 2005 xA came with a Pioneer AM/FM/CD/MP3 player. A Bazooka tube subwoofer was a $400 option.

The 2006 xA comes with a Pioneer AM/FM/CD/MP3 player plus a plug-in jack on the console for mp3 digital music players. You plug in the iPod and listen to it on the car speakers. A $250 optional player adds dashboard control and program display for Apple iPod players. The optional player controls the iPod from the dash head unit, which displays all the iPod's information. Both players include steering-wheel audio controls. A Bazooka tube subwoofer is a $400 option.

To connect the bazooka to the player head unit, you need a Toyota specific wiring harness, part # PTS20-52040-WH. You have to remove the player head unit from the dash, plug one end of the harness into it, then run the harness wires back to the bazooka.
