Default 06 Xb- How do you remove the glass from side view mirror?

Anyone know how to remove the glass from the side view mirrors of an Xb (with minimal damage)? Any help would be appreciated.

you mean the outside mirrors on the doors? id ask the toyota parts guy or a service tech how to do it. i did my mdx the other day, some azzhole broke my passenger mirror. the part was $45 at the dealer, $150 to have them do the whole job. i did the job myself. i aked the acura parts guy at the counter how to r & r the mirror, he showed me on the one i just purchased, it just slides and snaps into place, press down on the adhisive points. it was easy to figure out once i unwrapped the new mirror.
removing the mirror was a little bit of a pita, because it was cracked, but the install was super easy and fast. the whole job took 1 beer, about 10 mins.

1 min to grab a beer.
6 min to remove cracked mirror and heater wire.
2 min to connect heater wire and affix new mirror.
1 min to wipe mirror clean and toss empty beer can in the recycle.

I hear the mirror is hung from two hinges at the top, and retained by two snaps at the bottom. Push on the top of the mirror to tilt it back into the housing and expose the bottom edge. Then use your fingers or a screw driver to pop the bottom the mirror out of the snaps. Then rotate the mirror out of the top hinges. I have not done this myself.
