Replacing 05 Scion xb tail light assembly(s)

I just purchased some led tail light assemblies for my '05 xb and after inspecting original equipment installation I can't determine how to remove the old ones. Does anyone have the procedure for removing and replacing the light assemblies?

Its real easy, just remove the access hatch, then remove 3 10mm nuts. Just pull the light assembly off and unplug the harness. Done.

I've been selling auto parts for 34 years and thought I'd never have a problem I couldn't resolve. Your detail on replacing & removing the assembly was great. Can't say thanks enought
