Sounds like you got a great deal. Right around the dealer's factory invoice for a Limited with the options you listed (I assume its a 4wd). How were the dealer charges on the sale other than tax, title and registration?
I was looking at a new limited the other day, they were offering 12k off sticker to move it.... It was the dealers 1st one the received and still have not sold it. Unfortunatley I am looking to downsize so it wasn't even a thought for me to purchase it..... Looks like the good deals are about to roll in....

Tell me where, and unless its Alaska or Hawaii, I'm there, I'll take it.

I kinda doubt that any dealer is offering a brand new Limited 2008 Sequoia at $12K off the MSRP. Not gonna happen. I would guess a well-equipped Limited is going to have an MSRP around $52-53K. I feel very confident that there isn't a dealer in America that would sell a new Limited that is well equipped for less than about $5500 under MSRP (and I kinda doubt you could even get $5500 off). Maybe you were looking at a new left-over 2007 Limited Sequoia where getting $12K off MSRP is a possibility, but not on a 2008.
I'll eat my hat if someone can produce an MSRP off the window sticker of a well-equipped 2008 Limited together with a "contract-in-hand" selling price (not a lease) that's better than $5500 off MSRP, let alone $12,000 off MSRP.

I have to agree...I won't say I'll eat my hat, because there are some crazy and desperate Toyota dealerships out there in this world. However, with no cash back (or even really good lease rates for that matter) on these trucks yet I highly doubt that a dealership is willing to go BELOW NET COST to move a single unit that they have been unable to sell. Dealerships sometimes negotiate to move a unit that they want more of. When the new Land Cruiser came out, some dealerships were selling them at sticker. Most of the dealerships in our group were selling them at a discounted price (not even close to invoice, but still discounted) so that they could gain more inventory. I'd be willing to go and buy that Sequoia anywhere across the country (lower 48)...actually, my lease is not up on my Tundra for two and a half years, so I'll hold off...

When we bought our Sequoia the delership installed a roof mounted DVD player in it for our grandson. The problem is, though, it will not play through our Sequoias' sound system.
So far they have changed out the FM transmiter twice and the Dvd player once to no avail and tomorrow they are going to change the wiring harness to see if that helps.
I'm a little perplexed about it not working after these changes and wonder if anyone else has had problems with these new 2008 Seqoias working with aftermarket rear enertainment systems?
Was yours installed by the dealership and did they have any problem getting the sound to play through your Sequoias' sound system?
