Default Palm Treo and NAV

Well, my Treo 680 is not on the list of phones compatible with the NAV. What a bummer. I have gotten the NAV to recognize the phone and it rings and can be answered in the cab, but no caller ID comes up on the screen. Haven't gotten through the manual yet. Is caller ID suppose to appear on screen? Anyone know whether Toyota is working on a fix or adding phones to their list?

Toyota doesn't create the problems with the bluetooth compatibility. Most of the time it is limitations that the manufacturer of the PHONE puts in there. different phones on different networks function differently...Verizon is notorious for phones that are great functioners, just not with NAV systems....
