2007 Sequoia and 15,000 Service

I called the dealer to ask what they charge for the 15,000 service and they said $189.99, which kind of shocked me since the only real service they are doing is an oil change and tire rotation, which I can get for well under $50 from them with coupons.

The other items were most inspect-this, inspect-that, which didn't seem to me to be worth the extra $140, so I just paid for the oil change and tire rotation and figured I could do the inspections myself.

Or should I have paid them the $200 to look things over? Wouldn't they notice any glaring issues on their own by doing the oil change and tire rotation?

Anyway, I just want to know if I'm just being cheap or if almost $200 seems exortibtantly high for what they were actually going to do.
