Rear DVD no working after installing new Radio

Has anyone figured out how to get the rear dvd player to work after installing a new radio?

I installed an AVIC-D3 into a 2003 Sequoia and the rear dvd plaer will not work. I saw where people said you had to install the factory radio and hide in in the trick somewhere.

There has to be a better way.

Can anyone help me? If you have the schematic for the truck that would be great.
