XM receiver added to 08 Sequoia?

Has anyone added an XM receiver to their 08 Sequoia with Nav and Rear Entertainment? I'm interested in adding an XM receiver to the stock sound system but I am unsure of my options. Do I have to have the Toyota receiver added if I want it to be completed integrated with the existing screen functions of the Toyota sound system? Can I have a receiver installed from an after market supplier like Circuit City/Best Buy or is a Toyota dealership my only option if I want full integration with no displays visible other than the stock Nav screen?

Heat, 77 views and no love...so I thought I'd share my experience. My XM radio was installed by the dealer. I can't specifically speak to whether the receiver is Toyota made or otherwise, however, I can tell you that the integration is just like it would be from the factory, i.e. full NAV screen control etc. What the dealer did tell me was that the receivers are readily available and aren't necessarily from Toyota. Truth is I was told so many lies by the dealer that it is hard to separate the real truth from the BS.

I've attached a few pics of (i) the receiver itself (under the drivers seat), (ii) the antenna on the roof, and (iii) a shot of the NAV in Sat Radio mode.

Anyone familiar with this xm unit for the 08 Toyota Sequoia? eBay Motors: 2005-2008 TOYOTA SEQUOIA DIRECT XM RADIO + AUX W/ TEXT (item 150251881527 end time Jun-05-08 17:03:16 PDT)

It appears to use all the functions within the oem nav unit with the tuner installed inside the dash (nothing under the seat). Pricing is $269 with a $40 rebate. Anyone know if this is a challenge to install? particularly getting the antenna to the roof.
