Re: Hidden NAV menu on 08’ Sequoia
BTW, has anyone tried Matthewm2298's solution? To hold "INFO" down, then turn key to ACC position and turn the headlight switch on & off three times in rapid succession? Has this worked? Or is it really a self destruct sequence that will make your Sequoia implode on itself? YOUR DEVIOUS PLOY HAS BEEN FOILED!
But seriously, anyone know if that works?

Re: Hidden NAV menu on 08’ Sequoia
my stereo installer friend back home put a aftermarket unit in when he installed my alpine w-505 so that i could use nav and or watch movies while driving, i just cant see the point of not having something like that. i cant remember what the name of the unit was though, but im sure if you go to any stereo store they'll know.

If you read the app guide on that website, it's not for the current sequoia... '05-'06 only.

Re: Hidden NAV menu on 08’ Sequoia
I just installed the Lockpick A/V on my 2008 Sequoia Limited. Works as advertised. I also sent the A/V signal from my DVD headrests in the rear and now can watch them up front. Finally full control.

How hard is the install for LockPick 2 on a 2008 Sequoia Platinum with a rear entertainment unit?

Re: Hidden NAV menu on 08’ Sequoia
I have it installed. How hard is all relevant to what you have done in the way of car audio electronics in the past. If you are not afraid of popping dash parts and careful with electrical connectors.. it is easy.
One BIG thing to note is that since installing the LOCKPICK I have discovered an issue and am waiting a call but from their Toyota guy to see if it is the LOCKPICK or me... stay tuned.
