One BIG thing to note is that since installing the LOCKPICK I have discovered an issue and am waiting a call but from their Toyota guy to see if it is the LOCKPICK or me... stay tuned.

Keep us updated as I'm interested in the Lockpick2 for my 08 Sequoia. However I don't want to get into a finger-pointing match if things don't work correctly. I've taken the dash apart already to install a Speed-Pulse generator and a switch that allows me access to all functionality while underway by tricking the Nav unit into thinking its standing still. For the map and Nav to flow smoothly however I need to flip the switch back off while underway to have the Nav provide directions.

If LockPick2 works as advertised I would consider removing the switch and SPG and replacing it with the Lockpick device which I assume does not need to be switched on and off.

Actually it does. You hit the power button twice to unlock a particular function. csd

My limited came with a rear dvd but I sense that it is an Southeast Toyota product because all the controls are on the dvd and not on the rear of the front center conole as in the Toytoa brouchure. Would that affect the installation of the lockpick to see the rear video on the nav unit? Would I have to run a cable from the ceiling to the nav unit or is there an existing cable I could tie into?

Do you have to hit the power button twice every time you want to use a function? or once you've "hit the power button twice" its always functional? Does the GPS work properly when the functions are enabled? or do you need to turn the function off for the maps and navigation to function properly?

If the Lockpick2 does not have a "turn it on and forget it" mode that provides all functionality while underway and does NOT have to be turned off for the navigation system to work properly, then it really doesn't provide any advantage over what I already have with the SPG.

Good question, I bought the SPG (haven't installed yet for months, didn't have time yet). Would like to know exactly this question: will I have to hit power button twice everytime I turn on the car and for each function I want everyday? Eg. mp3 text, phone, nav entry, etc, hitting the power button for each twice every time? I don't get it.
