Default Another Headrest DVD question

I've got headrest dvd's in both the front seats for the kids. They were installed at the dealer. Is there anyway to send the video feed to the front nav? like in a factory installed unit? or is that not a function available w/ this jbl nav? I'd like to see what the kids are watching if they have any problems instead of twisting around all the time.

I bought the lockpic override unit and that was one of the features that drew me to it was to be able to see what the kids were watching on the front nav if they had problems. But that only works if you have a feed to the front nav in the first place. My bad. The lockpic works great in all the other override functions.

I think you have to have overhead DVD option, in order to see Videos on Nav screen. If you have them in the headrests, then I think you don't have an option to view video on Nav screen.

I have a factory 10.5" overhead dvd and it works up front on the nav only if your have the parking brake on. BUMBER on that sensor. I am still reading up on here on how to bypass that

if theres an video input on the back of the head unit, its no problem, just plug it in and watch what they are watching. i plan on doing the same thing, but ive got an Alpine. i also did the bypass.
