Timing Belt AND vALVE aDJUSTMENT

I have an 01 Sequioa with 290,000 miles. It's time for it's 3rd timing belt change. Does anyone know of any good step by step guides or pictures on the internet anywhere on changeing the timing belt??

Also, going to fix a ticking sound in the motor. I am almost sure it is in need of a valve adjustment and is not an exhaust leak causing the ticking. Any diagrams or guides on a valve adjustment?
