Just picked up a 2010 sequoia yesterday and was wandering about the supercharger. The dealer stated that they are not making it for the 10 model and it is not available. Does anyone have any info that is different to this or know if it is going to be available.
Good question. The dealer never seems to know what really is out there but the people on here do. If you can't find the answer in the Sequoia forum, try to post it in the Tundra forum. They're pretty much the same make up.
If you have the 5.7L Flex Fuel then you can not add a SC,other than that you can add a SC.Also,if you have the new 4.6L then there is no SC available for that engine.

Ok why can you not add it to the flex fuel. Is it bc of the ethanol that it would not work. I never plan to run this in the car and will only run premium gas. Would it work if i wanted to just run gas, or is there something else in the flex fuel set up that would prevent this.
I am ITCHING to add this option, it would make this SUV perfect

as far as i know they do not offer just the 5.7 anymore it seemed when i was checking it out its only the flex-fuel 5.7 on 2010 models (this was on a tundra of course, may be different on the sequoia don't see why but possible)
EDIT: i just realized you can still get the non FF 5.7 on a tundra and sequoia...weird but not CM tundras and why is that?) i think they changed it on me seems every time i go on something is different
