Default Steering Column Trim Flap

Has anyone had the vinyl trim flap that shields the steering gear from view when the wheel is tilted, tear? Mine has torn at the upper points where it connects to the dash. It does not affect anything, but it is clearly in my line of sight and thus, annoying.
My dealer can't seem to find a part number and I have scoured the net looking for parts too. Do I need to have the whole column housing replaced, should I have something fabricated?

If you have any thoughts, please help!!! This post I'm sure could apply to 2007+ Tundras as well.

Thanks!

If the dealer can't find a part then it very likely may be part of or included in a larger assembly. You could probably try a wrecking yard or have a part made.
