Default 2010 Limited - Thoughts on colors

I have a 2006 Sequoia that I really like, but have been thinking about trading it in for a new one. I'm concerned about how much bigger the new one is and am not sure about the sloping cargo floor, but overall I think the new one offers more than my current one.

I know I want the tan interior, but am struggling on the exterior color. At this point I am torn between Cassis, Pyrite and Nautical Blue. The Cassis seems like a lot of red, the Pyrite seems a little blah and the Blue seems to go purple in some light. I don't want Black or White. Sandy Beach seems bright on a Camry, but I haven't seen it on something as big as a Sequoia. Spruce Green is not for me.

I know color is a personal choice, but if anyone owns or has seen Cassis, Pyrite or Nautical Blue, I would like to hear opinions.

When I bought my 08, was torn between the sand biege, pyrite mica and nautical blue. I ended up going with the nautical blue with beige interior and love the color. I really don't notice much of a purple tint, but it does seem to take on different shades depending on the light. It is definitely an awesome color and with the beige interior, you can't go wrong with that color combo. I've seen the other two colors around and about, and I have to say that the sand beige is too "camry" for my taste, but the pyrite mica is very beautiful. You'll love your new Sequoia no matter what color combo you go with. Definitely a nice ride.

Someone has a nautical blue just down from my office. I really like that color and it was my second choice!

I like Nautical Blue with Red Rock, but you'd have to get a Platinum. Nautical Blue on a Limited with Graphite would look better than Sand Beige.

I decided to go for the Cassis Limited with Tan interior. If I could get a second row bench seat in the Platinum, I would have gone for that model instead. Then I would have chosen Red Rock interior with some other color.

It won't be in for about a month. In the meantime I am considering the color-matched fender flares that can be ordered from Toyota dealers in the southeast as well as a wood dash kit from B&I. I usually don't install any mods on my cars, but these are tempting.
