Default TRD Sequoia

Ordered a TRD Flow Accelerator (PTR03-34079) to replace the stock airbox intake. The difference in size of the "scoop" is 4 inches stock and 6 inches TRD. I also removed the charcoal filter. It feels like throttle response is a TAD quicker, I don't know if there is a noise difference or it's just in my head.

Definatly a noise differance. I have the super charger and it sounded like a squirl with weezing asthma before the corsa exhaust. its kind of weird because my buddy has the mustang with the SC and it sounds nothing like the sequoia. I think its that TRD kept it on the very safe side in the design..

As a former Supercharger owner I suggest you get some warning stickers. They look OEM.

Check out the youtube video that Gutz posted in the tundra forum yesterday. He shows how hard his tundra accelerates with the trd supercharger. I felt like I needed to put on my seatbelt just watching the video....blinding fast.
