I think you will run into at least two issues. The wiring is probably there, but the big issue may be that the ECU (computer) is probably programmed differently in a memory seat vehicle than in one without. The other issue may be that the door mirror switch is different in one vs. the other as well.

This would be a major retrofit and headache. The Memory Seat Buttons you discuss are just the buttons. These are wired into the Outer Mirror ECU which converts the button information into a CAN Bus signal and communicates with the Body ECU and the Power Seat ECU which is located in the Driver's Seat Switch Assembly.

So--you would need to buy the Memory Buttons, the Mirror Control ECU and replace the Seat Switch assembly with the Seat Switch Assemby/ECU. You would also need to replace or reflash the Body ECU with the correct software to allow communication on the CAN bus with all the parts. This would cause you a problem as you're missing the steering wheel Tilt & Telescope function so you'll get a constant DTC telling you the Body ECU can find the T&T ECU. Of course all the wiring is different and then there is the mirror control issue to deal with too.....

    Thanks for the response.
Why could it not be simple?
