Hi all, new and just wanted to introduce myself. I have a 2004 Sequoia which I thought was an 2005 (lying dealership) but nevertheless lovin it and glad to be with the forum. I look forward to the stay and hope to enjoy the knowledge that some of you all have to give with your rides.

Hi
I'm new to TS.com so I maybe posting incorrectly. Sorry. I have an 05 Sequoia, we love it. But recently I have a vibration when the tranny shifts from 1st to 2nd. It is inconsistent though. It seems to do it at around 10 mph but only when you accelerate in just the right way. At the shift point it rattles the entire suv slightly. Like a bad U-Joint feel almost. All mounts, u-joints, shocks seem to be fine. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it the Transmission or something minor? My Seq. is out of warranty (60K+) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello All!!!
Just found this sit and love it! Purchased my 02 Seq Limited back in Jan of this yr. It is stock at this moment but I have already ordered a 2.5" Daystar lift and hope to stuff 35's under it! Then it gets a custom tube bumper, winch and sliders! I will post up the progress!
Thanks for this forum!!Keep up the good work!
BTW I call my Sequoia the Phat Saq (Saq is short for Sequoia & yes I know it's spelled wrong but Phat Seq just doesn't sound as!) that's the reason for the user name. Thanks again!

Hello Fellow Forum Members.
I'm new to Toyota and I'm looking forward to my delivery of my 08 Sequoia Platnuim.
I ordered Black w/Redrock and just about everything else. I have a custom order in house and I'm simply gaining information and making inquiries. I'm moving from a slightly modded 04 Suburban Z71 (Program, Intake, Corsa Exhaust) and looking forward to performance mod the Toyota.
Other vehicles include....
2005 Corvette Conv.
2004 Chevrolet Suburban Z71
1970 Corvette 454 Coupe
My username is derived from the 70 Vette. It is a fairly original 70 454 cu, 390 hp, 500 ft/lb. torque monster with a 4-speed.

Hello everyone:
I bought an 08 Platinum Sequoia in April. This is our 4th Toyota, we like the brand. I wanted to change the oil but I couldn't find the oil filter in the engine or under it. If someone has guidance please guide the idiot. LOL
How is the 0w20 oil working for people on forum? Anyone using it? Does it make any difference?
Live in the DC area. So far, 500 miles. It's my wife's driver, I just get to pay for it. :-).

Just picked up 08 SR5 Black with Beige interior a few weeks ago. We traded our 03 Expedition for this baby and loving every minute of it. It was a tough decision between this and the Tundra but being that this was the family vehicle, the Sequoia made more sense for us. Looking forward to making new friends and getting some input on various future mods.

Re: Welcome to TundraSolutions.com! - New Members/Owners Introduce Yourself Here!
I recently purchased a new 2008 Sequoia platinum, 4wd. So far it is a great vehicle.
I want to find out how to use the NAV while driving, how to operate the bluetooth connection, supercharger and other engine upgrades, DVD and audio upgrades.
Greetings
I've peeped on this board a few times and decided it was time to join. I have a 03 Sequoia Black/Beige bought used from Bill Page two and a half years ago. I rarely used it, main purpose was to have it around for the family when they visited. This way I did not have to chauffeur any one around. The girl has been reliable and helped transport many things from Home Depot to the house. Has gone as fa as Atlanta and recently got new Forteza heels. There are many things I would like to get done to improve the ride, safety and performance of the girl. First thing I really need is to lower the height of her, she is too tall for certain garages that only support 6' tall. Once that gets done I will try to get her new air intake, performance downpipes, chip and manifold. Thanks for having this board, I hope it helps me with my vision.

How's it goin' , eh! I am just waiting for my Tundra to arrive at the land of the Great White North. Its a 05 Tundra Limited 4x4 Stepside in white with a leather interior. She has 36k miles and looks brand new. I feel I got a good deal paying 14k and look forward to years of serious 4byin'. I owed a 96 T-100 for 12 years and I hated to let her go, she never left me stranded once and I did some of my best 4 wheeling on the northern tip of Vancouver Island.
