I got my DVD system installed from a friend who is a dealer. I got a Micro Vision DVD player w/ game jacks & Vizual Logic LCD's. Here's the link to their products. I got the 9" LCD screens in the headrests (originals are replaced. new ones match perfectly, but are about 2-3" wider and 1-2: higher). I had the game ports mounted below the AC current plug in the back & bottom of the center console & the DVD player is mounted in the center console at an angle, so that there's minimal intrusion into the console.
If I knew how to upload pics in this forum, I would. If you want to see some pics, you can email me: tomaxp69@aol.com
I think the system retails for about $2,600+. I paid $2100 w/the friend discount.

nope...i've been driving a 1987 toyota landcruiser that my dad bought new (it's back with him now). but with the driving i do, it was time to "trade up". so the sequoia is my early graduation present...we've had lots of toyotas over the years...70's corolla, cressida, camry, 4runner, landcruiser...
What's up everybody!! I'm brand new to this and enjoying it very much. I've already contributed, but have also learned so much.
I just got my Sequoia about a month ago. I got a ridiculous deal on it and just love this car. Sadly, just like one of the other newbies, I replaced a great 1999 Toyota 4-Runner which was so good to me. But not to worry, it's still in the family as my dad bought it.
Looking forward to more learning and being able to help.
Glad to hear you are loving your Seq, and we are ready for any information you are willing to share. Just purchased an '05 SR5 4x4 in Blue Steel Metallic. Main options are leather, 17" wheels & JBL.
We have a baby on the way and wife wanted a 3-seat vehicle. I cross-shopped Tahoe/Yukon and Expedition. There are great deals on Expeditions out there, but they depreciate like the Titanic and quality is suspect. Tahoe/Yukon with leather, third seat and 4x4 cost more and it seems 1/2 the vehicles on the road, at least where I live, are Tahoes/Yukons.
282 HP motor, 5 speed tranny and 2.9% sealed the deal for me. Only had it for a 2 weeks, but so far very pleased.
Great to have you on board, hope to hear minimal problems an maximum modifications FEEL FREE to take some time and browse through the various forums on TS.com If you are somewhat confused as to where to post a question, read the sub-caps within the forum or use the SEARCHfeature that will locate the topic that you are interested in.
