2008 Sienna side door noise

My new Sienna sliding doors make creaking noises for the first few miles after they are closed. I thought that they fixed the latch problem on the 2008 models, if so what could be the cause of the noise?

My left sliding door was making all kinds of noises tonight and I thought I didn't shut it tight so next time I shut it harder and didn't notice noise on the way home. The auto door on the pass side never makes this noise.
