Are Sienna TSBs available for public viewing?

I just became aware of the "Engine Pinging or knocking noise" TSB EG055-06, dated 9-7-06. I stumbled on it via this website, thank you.

My question, are all Tech Service Bulletins available to the owners/public? If so, where?

This is really pathetic, but I am replying to my own post! I have found the following website that gives a listing of the TSBs (technical service bulletins) for the 2004 Sienna. Alldata.com also has them for other years, models etc. The catch is, it costs $25/year to subscribe and view the TSBs. At least you can view the title of the TSB for free to see if there is anything that applies to your situation, and then bug your Toyota service person to explain what it means. I really do wish this kind of information was available for no charge to Toyota owners, if anyone knows of another source, please post it.
