2000 Toyota Sienna Passenger Handle broke .. how to self fix?

hi,

I have a 2000 Toyota Sienna and recently last week the weather was really cold and my handle was frozen, which i didn't know and i tugged on it a couple times and one side broke off that's me being dumb that day. So, couple questions i have is Where can i buy the handle cheap except from dealer they are charging me $400 for a freaken handle and installation. and can someone please explain my step by step on how to dissemble the door panel and reinstall the handle?
